Essential Functions
- Review policy for profitability through claims and referrals from adjusters
- Review risk management reports to align exposure, coverage and pricing
- Assist agents via email and telephone
- Communicate policy changes to policyholders and agents
- Develop relationships with agents to promote the writing of acceptable risks
- Terminate risks that do not fit within the Company guidelines

- Must be reliable, responsible, and dependable
- Ability to work autonomously, think analytically and work ahead of renewal dates
- Sharp organizational skills are necessary with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate understanding of coverage offerings and pricing in alignment with company guidelines
- Capable of fostering partnership in a fast paced environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-5 years’ experience in personal or commercial lines
